These are the basic requirements for installing Windows 11 on a PC. If your device doesn’t meet these requirements, you may not be able to install Windows 11 on it and should consider buying a new PC .
Check if your computer can run Windows 11 with a free tool from Microsoft.
How to check:
Download the PC Health Check tool here: https://aka.ms/GetPCHealthCheckApp
Open the tool and click Check now
Easy quick check to see why your computer is not running Windows 11. The tool has just been released by the author rcmaehl.
Download your luck checker: https://github.com/rcmaehl/WhyNotWin11/releases/tag/2.1.0
First check the TPM:
Press the Win + R key combination —> Type in the Run dialog box “tpm.msc” —> Enter
See the section Specification Version if it is 2.0 as shown in the picture. If not, there are 2 reasons: 1 is that you have not enabled TPM in bios and 2 is a version below 2.0
▪Next, you just need to check the minimum configuration in the following link: https://www.microsoft.com/…/windows-11-specifications
If you already have TPM 2.0 above and the machine conditions are much better than in the link, then surely you will be updated with Windows 11 later, you don’t need to worry.
▪Finally for the time of launch and for those who like stability:
Please go to your device’s driver page (Dell, HP, Asus, …) and check if the driver supports Windows 11. If not, even if you are eligible to install win 11 as above, it will not be stable, easy to blue screen of all kinds =]]
Share how to upgrade to windows 11 for those of you who are anxious to test while checking TPM 2.0, but can’t get up.
