Hi. Hello friends!
Today I will show you a cool tip that is to remove the arrow in the Shortcut.
Normally, the Shortcut it will have arrows like this:
First, you create a text file on the Desktop
Then Paste this code into:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT \ lnkfile]
“IsShortCut” = –
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT \ piffile]
“IsShortCut” = –
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT \ InternetShortcut]
“IsShortCut” = –
- Then Save as name delete.reg for example
- Remember: Save as type is set to All files
- Then Save again
- On the Desktop, see the delete.reg file, run that file!
- OK all
- Remember to reset the device or Log Off is fine!
- The result will look like this!
Shortcuts look sharper and nicer, don’t they;))
And if you want to go back to the way it was, that’s easy!
Again create a text file and then Paste this code into:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\lnkfile]
“IsShortCut”=dword:00000001
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\piffile]
“IsShortCut”=dword:00000001
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\InternetShortcut]
“IsShortCut”=dword:00000001
- Then Save as again named restore.reg for example
- Remember: Save as type is set to All files
Then Save and run the file that is the arrow on the Shortcut back to normal!
