1. What is Live Activities?
Live Activities is a new feature launched on iOS 16.1, allowing users to monitor information directly on the iPhone’s lock screen or Dynamic Island.
In addition, they also have other functions such as:
– Delivery Status: Track your order’s journey without opening the shopping app.
– Sports results: Update your favorite match scores right on your lock screen. (For example: FotMob as mentioned)
– Travel times: See actual up-to-date times of rideshare or public transit trips.
– Workout Progress: Track your workout progress even when the screen is turned off.
– And much more: App developers are constantly integrating Live Activities, providing a variety of information tracking options.
2. Use FotMob to follow soccer scores on iPhone?
Step 1: Go to the App Store and search for the app ‘FotMob’ or click HERE > Click ‘Get’ to download and install the app.
Step 2: Open the FotMob application after installation is complete. On the main interface, select ‘Tournaments’ > Search and select ‘Euro 2024’ from the list of ongoing tournaments.
Step 3: Select the team or match icon you want to follow > Click the ‘Follow’ button (star icon) in the upper right corner of the screen > Select ‘Turn on notifications’ when asked to display the table score on lock screen and Dynamic Island.
Note:
To use the Live Activities feature, you need to make sure your iPhone is running iOS 16.1 or later.
Some settings may vary depending on iOS version and app interface.
