To test and enable two-finger scrolling on Windows, follow these steps:

Step 1: Click the Windows Start button and select Settings.

Step 2: In the Settings app, switch to the Devices tab. On Windows 11, select ‘Bluetooth & Devices’ > Select ‘Touchpad’

Step 3: In the Gestures & Interaction section, click the arrow next to ‘Scroll & zoom’

Step 4: Check the ‘Drag two fingers to scroll’ option.

3. How to customize two-finger scrolling?

You also click on the arrow next to ‘Scroll & zoom’

Below you will see two options as follows:

Downwards Motion Scrolls up: This option gives the touch screen feel of a smartphone. When you swipe down, the page moves up.
Download motion scrolls down: This is the opposite option to the above. With this option, the page will move down when you drag your finger down.
