In the digital age, having quick and easy access to your preferred search engine is essential for efficient browsing. Microsoft Edge, a popular web browser, defaults to Bing for search queries. However, many users prefer Google for its comprehensive search results and user-friendly interface.
1. Instructions for setting Google as the default search engine on Edge?
Step 1: On the Edge browser interface, click on the three dots icon located in the top right corner of the screen > In the menu that appears, select Settings.
Step 2: In the settings interface, select Privacy and services in the list on the left.
Then, scroll down to the bottom of the content on the right and select ‘Address bar and search’.
Step 3: In the Search engine used in the address bar section, select Google instead of Bing.
