First: Go to Start > Search or Start > Run (Window Key + R), type services.msc and press Enter. The Services window will appear.
Next, go to the service line called Program Compatibility Assistant Service (PCA) and double-click (double mouse) on this service. The Properties window will appear.
In the Properties window, select the General tab, move the mouse to the Startup type box, and then click the arrow and select Disable (default is Automatic).
Next, you stop this service by pressing Stop. Finally, click OK to confirm.
